Bootcamps are a fun and exciting group workout for Men and Women of all ages and all fitness levels. These classes are generally an hour long and consist of a mix of exercises from strength training, HIIT workouts, core work, cardio and everything in between.
Ciaran is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist approved by The National Strength and Conditioning Association. He’s a nutrition coach and holds a first class honours degree in Sports Science and Health.
He has a passion for many aspects of health and fitness, most notably improving performance, behavioural science and helping both the average person and athlete better themselves.
He has started his own personal training business Sárloach Sláinte and Performance where his main aim is to help others improve themselves through fitness.
